Promotion Eligibility
Eligible loans must meet all of the following requirements:
Eligible program: EasyFlip™ (1–4 Unit Fix & Flip), BuildSmart™ (1–4 Unit Ground-Up Construction), or RentFlow™ (1–4 Unit DSCR).
Loan submitted to PPC by August 31, 2026.
Loan Term Sheet accepted.
Appraisal or valuation fee received by August 31, 2026.
Loan funds in accordance with standard underwriting and closing requirements.
Promotional compensation is paid when the loan funds.
Eligible loans are not required to fund by August 31, 2026, to qualify.
